Endeavour Fund and AIG invited wounded, injured and sick veterans to a family day event

Endeavour Fund and AIG were proud to invite wounded, injured and sick veterans to a family day event. Endeavour Fund partnered with Superhero Series to provide a fun for all the family event where everyone can get involved, regardless of injury or disability.

We’re brought together families and veterans to empower people to take on a challenge they may have not considered possible. Participants were able to take part in a superhero triathlon, either flying solo, with family and friends or in the celebrity team.

At Endeavour Fund, we have seen many ex-service personnel make extraordinary achievements in sport and continue to empower others to believe that sport is for everyone. It was incredible to bring some of these sports to the Superhero Tri, with a team of veterans encouraging families to try new challenges.

From a dual-controlled driving challenge with Mission Motorsport to a climbing wall with double-amputee and Founder of Climb 2 Recovery Neil Heritage, rowing with veteran and ocean rower Lee Spencer to paddle boarding with Op Surf. There were lots of exciting endeavours for participants to get involved in.
